Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services, ensuring their internal compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and adhering to all payment terms outlined in their service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, programs, and methodologies developed or provided by Workplace Violence Solutions are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided materials solely for their internal workplace violence prevention efforts as defined in their service agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Workplace Violence Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms
